Staying focussed on our local region allows us a better understanding of the area we invest in. As such we work mainly across Wycombe, Bucks and Reading, Berkshire. Sourcing investment property in these areas is tough, given the affluence of the area, but we manage it through good relationships, business systems and lots and lots of hard work.
Our focus is two fold:
1) Multiple Unit Freehold Blocks (MUFB) where we add value through refurbishment and title split
2) Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) that are well designed in order to sweat the asset and minimise voids
